A Houston judge ruled strongly in Brown's favour during a court hearing on September 11 that the rapper and his baby's mother are to share equal time with their child, reported People magazine.
Brown, 26, was ordered to pay USD 2,500 a month in child support, which is what he's already paying, which was far less than the USD 15,000 a month that Nia had sought.
As for Nia, she has been ordered not to discuss the details of the court case on social media. Besides, she was warned to not publicly defame Brown.
