The superhero actors kept their promise to visit the children's hospital with Evans wearing Captain America costume and even bringing the shield, reported Ace Showbiz.
The hospital shared on Facebook some pictures of Evans and Pratt posing with the kid patients along with a caption, "A superhero size Thanks You to Chris Pratt and Chris Evans for spending time with our patients today.
"The kids were beyond excited to meet Captain America and Star-Lord. And thanks to Marvel and Disney for helping make this day extra special!"
Pratt, 35, meanwhile, posted, "Had the immense joy yesterday of joining the real Captain America at Seattle Children's Hospital Thanks to Chris..."
Back in February, Pratt and Evans visited Christopher's Haven in Boston with Pratt dressing as Star Lord. During the visit, Pratt, who lost the Super Bowl bet to Evans, kept his promise to wear Tom Brady's jersey by trading his costume for a jersey of The New England Patriots.
