The 48-year-old is giving a chance to one of his fans to play a part in the film that also stars Rosario Dawson and Gabrielle Union, reported OK! magazine.
The winning bidder can also bring a friend to meet Rock and they will be treated to an exclusive tour of the set.
Rock's auction ends on June 4 and it is expected to raise 9,700 pounds for the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation.
