Christmas celebrations on second day in Mizoram

Celebrations of Christmas, the birth of Jesus Christ to redeem the world from sin and destruction, which began since Wednesday evening climaxed today with community feasts across Mizoram.
Members of different churches in their own local churches in the capital city, district headquarters and all the villages organised feasts as the grand finale for the Christmas celebrations.
While some churches like Salvation Army and United Pentecostal Church (UPC) had feast yesterday bigger churches like Presbyterian Church and the Baptist Church organised feasts today.
The feast may continue everyday till the end of the year in some tiny and remote villages.
