Class 8 student ends life in school hostel

An eighth standard student allegedly committed suicide in his private school hostel room on the outskirts of neighbouring Tirupur today, police said.
13-year-old Jagadeeshan was found hanging from the ceiling in his hostel room, they said.
The boy had returned to the hostel today after holiday.
Police said they suspect that he was not interested to continue studies due to personal problem, adding investigation was on to ascertain the reason for him in taking the extreme step.
