Police spokesperson said seventeen-year-old Abhishek was stressed after he was not able to do well in his exam.
Yesterday, he did not respond when his mother knocked on the door of his room a number of times. When she looked inside through the window, his body was found hanging from an iron hook in the ceiling.
The family informed the police, and the body was sent for the post mortem.
Inspector Devender Vikram Singh said the police is investigating into the matter.
