Speaking in his first TV interview for two years with Susanna Reid on "Good Morning Britain", Richard, 75, said he is now "cagey" when having pictures with people, as he struggles to move on from the traumatic time, reported Daily Mirror.
Asked by the presenter whether the allegations had changed the way he trusts people, he said, "Yes to a certain extent it (has), I am very cagey now when I am having pictures taken with people.
Talking about the police investigation, the star aired his frustration that the term "insufficient evidence" was used throughout, adding, "I still feel tarnished because insufficient suggests maybe there's something there, and I know there wasn't.
