The victim, Madhuri was killed, whereas her mother Nirmala (22) and cousin Shailesh (25) were injured when the motorcycle they were riding on was hit by CMO R C Pandey's vehicle near Nagla Bhaj village this morning, SHO Aliganj Indresh Bahdoria said.
Nirmala and Shailesh have been referred to Agra for treatment.
Meanwhile, agitated with the incident the local residents blocked Etah-Aliganj road, which was later cleared after assurance from officials.
