The fishermen, who had put out to sea from nearby Beypore, were spotted struggling in the waters by an Indian Coast Guard Interceptor boat C-144 on patrol duty and brought to the shores last night, a Coast Guard release said.
The fishing boat and the fishermen were found about 2.7 nautical miles off the coast around 7.45 pm yesterday.
All the four were in a dehydrated condition. One of them was injured and given first aid.
The fishermen were in a stable condition and handed over to Marine Enforcement Wing of the fisheries department at Beypore around 10.45 pm yesterday, the release said.
