Pradeep Singh, who was on his way from Ramban to his home in Ganote village, apparently got stuck in heavy rainfall and could not reach home last night, officials said today.
He was found dead and appeared to have succumbed after exposure to cold conditions, they said adding the body was handed over to the family after post mortem.
