Rock band Coldplay honored legendary singer-songwriter Leonard Cohen during their concert at the London Palladium.
Band's frontman Chris Martin gave a solo acoustic rendition of Cohen's 1967 song "Suzanne", reported Entertainment Weekly.
"Sending my love to Mr Leonard Cohen for those amazing songs. You changed my life," said Martin at the end of the performance.
Cohen, known for a library of modern classics, including "Sisters of Mercy" and "Hallelujah", had recently passed away at the age of 82.
Singers Lana Del Rey and Rufus Wainwright were among the many performers to honour the legend's demise after the news was announced on November 11 by Cohen's label, Sony Music Canada via his Facebook page.
"It is with profound sorrow we report that legendary poet, songwriter and artist, Leonard Cohen has passed away," reads the post.
