The Central Monitoring System (CMS) launched by the Centre is likely to be completed by the end of this year, Inspector General of Police, Shatrujeet Kapur, who is the nodal officer (IT) of Haryana Police, told reporters here.
"Information about civil, criminal and financial violations and acts of terror, is going to be pooled through the National Intelligence Grid (NATGRID), country's leading anti-terror information and intelligence support organisation.
Criminals won't be able to leave country and would be tracked down soon through the Internet if they operate their bank accounts or use railway or other related services, Kapur said.
In Haryana, 32,000 police personnel have been trained to work on computer as all police stations are going to be interlinked soon, he added.
