Collector assures steps to minise gold merchants' problems

The district collector, Archana Patnaik today assured to take steps to minise the problem being faced by the gold ornament manufacturers, jewellers and pawn brokers following seizure of unaccounted money during vehicle checks in view of the election code.
During a meeting, the collector, however, asked them to ensure carrying valid and proper documents for the money so that there could not be any delay or business loss to them.
