Following which the vehicle was seized.
Chhagan Rathod, a farmer from Ramnagar, had filed a case against the Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran after losing his land for the Chapdoh project.
The MGP had acquired 10 hectares of agricultural land belonging to his mother Bajabai Laxman Rathod in 1999 and paid her compensation.
In 2010, in response to his application, the court here increased the compensation amount and ordered the MGP to pay him Rs 13.30 lakh.
Still no payment was made, so the court ordered seizure of collector's vehicle.
MJP executive engineer Dinesh Borkar said he had referred the matter to the State Government and the reply was awaited.
