Colorado gunman in custody after police standoff: mayor

A gunman suspected of wounding at least 11 people after a standoff at a Colorado family planning clinic is in custody after surrendering, officials said.
"The perpetrator is in custody. The situation has been resolved," Colorado Springs Mayor John Suthers said yesterday.
"There's no continuing peril to the citizens of Colorado Springs but there's a huge crime scene that has to be processed.
