The 31-year-old television designer, who is the daughter of Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, is kept incredibly busy with her various work commitments, but said she had found something that has been proving incredibly helpful for keeping her mind calm.
"I finally understand why my Dad spends so much time painting! Even though this is clearly a colouring book... It's like meditation. Before I knew it a realising hour went by and all I filled in was a bloody [leaf emoji]. I don't have very good patience and I think I just found my cure!!!," she wrote on Instagram.
The purple haired star is no stranger to keeping her fans updated with her life's activities on her social network pages.
