Giving a reply during Question Hour on the last day of Haryana Assembly session, Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said, "We have decided to a form an officers' committee which will give information about use of land other than the purpose for which CLU was granted."
The committee, which will present its report within a month to the state government, will comprise officers from Country Town Planning department, Industry and Revenue departments, he informed the House.
"But there may be some cases where land was used other than the purpose of CLU with mala fide intention," he said.
Leader of the Opposition and INLD MLA Abhay Singh Chautala had sought information from the government about what it had done pertaining to land scams in the state.

Earlier, MLA Banwari Lal asked whether any matter has come to the notice of the government regarding use of acquired land for the purpose other than the purpose it was acquired during the period March 2009 to September 2014.
Chautala asked the state government to launch a probe in Ambala where Khadi Board land was allegedly sold at "lesser" rates in last 10 years.
To this, the CM said the state government will inquire the matter depending upon the availability of material pertaining to the case.
Earlier, Finance Minister Captain Abhimanyu said complaints have been received regarding corruption for issuing CLU during March 2009 to September 2014.
He also said the Dhingra Commission inquiry has begun.
