"It will significantly increase its reach of farm mechanisation and enable digital empowerment of the farmers in Madhya Pradesh," a company release said today - a day after the launch.
"Further, it will allow EM3 to increase its presence in the state through the franchise model. It plans to increase its Samadhan Kendras to 100 by end of 2017 through the franchise route thereby creating 2000 plus new job opportunities for agri professionals in the state," the release added.
As per industry estimates, farm mechanisation is expected to cut cultivation cost by 25 per cent and raise productivity by 20 per cent and will be critical in boosting farmers' income, it added.
