A complaint against Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Minister Mehboob Ali has been filed with the state Lokayukta.
"A complaint has been received against secondary education minister Mehboob Ali, but we have to go through into it in detail," Justice N K Mehrotra told PTI today.
He, however, refused to elaborate the details saying that anything could be said after detailed examination of the complaint.
The complaint has been lodged by a Hardoi school manager, Bhagat Tejgiri.
However, the reports said that there were allegations of irregularities in fixation of examination centers and granting affiliation in the complaint.
Ali, a Samjwadi Party MLA, however, was not available for comments.
Ali is the second minister of Akhilesh Yadav government after Gayatri Prasad Prajapati, against whom a complaint has been filed with the Lokayukta.

Earlier, a complaint against Uttar Pradesh mining minister and SP MLA Gayatri Prasad Prajapati was lodged with the anti-corruption ombudsman organization in the state for allegedly misusing his office and amassing assets worth several crores, a charge denied by the legislator.
"A complaint has been received by me against the minister. As the complaint is properly documented, we will probe it," the Lokayukta had said.
The complaint was filed by Om Shanker Dwivedi, a resident of Pratapgarh district and has the mention of five companies in which Gayatri, his wife and son are directors, he said.
Prajapati, a Samjwadi Party MLA from Amethi, however said that the complaint was an attempt to "malign" his political image and he would explore legal action against those involved in the act.
The complaint letter running into 1,727 pages and contains proof of properties belonging to the minister and his kin in Amethi, Lucknow and Mohanlalganj along with the copies of registries, Mehrotra said.
