Complaint lodged against temple management

A complaint was lodged on the alleged sale of old door frames by the management of th Sri Rangam Sri Ranganathaswamy temple near here, police said.
The frames are considered significant for their sculptural and antique value, police said.
The complainant Rangarajan said more than 50 kalasams of the temple towers which were removed during the renovation were also missing.
Police said action would be taken against the temple after investigation.
