The condition of the eight-year-old girl raped in Madhya Pradesh's Mandsaur was "continuously improving" and she was likely to be discharged in about two weeks, a senior medical official said here today.
The girl was raped on June 26 after being abducted from outside her school by two men. She suffered grievous injuries to her neck, face, head and private parts and was admitted to MY hospital in the capital on June 27.
"The girl is out of danger. Her condition is continuously improving," V S Pal, superintendent of the hospital, about 200 km away from Mandsaur, told reporters
