Conference for business heads on 'giving back to society'

With an objective to instill the sense of "giving back to society", over 500 corporate heads will converge at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) for a conference to deliberate on topic 'business with a purpose', to be held tomorrow.
The conference organised by 'Artha Forum' would focus on how to business entities can give back to the society by empowering others, organisers said in a press release here today.
The keynote speakers will include ISKCON Spiritual Guru Radhanath Swami Maharaj, chairman of Piramal Group Ajay Piramal, and CEO of BSE Ashish Chauhan.
'Artha Forum' is an independent not-for-profit initiative founded by Rajeev Srivastava, CEO and managing partner of Basil Partners and late Dr Narendra Desai, chairman of Apar Industries.
The event will also witness Book Launch 'Business with a Purpose' focussing on 'Earning with Integrity,' and 'Spending with Compassion' which is a philosophy of Artha Forum, the release added.
Artha Forum has organised such conferences in the past at Silicon Valley, New Jersey, Seattle, London, Dubai and Singapore.
Some of the speakers at previous such conferences include chairman of Ford Company, Alfred Ford, CEO of Future Group Kishore Biyani, US Senator Tulsi Gabbard among others, it said.
