"Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi is not interested in development. He wants the post of prime minister with his stained hands," AICC General Secretary B K Hariprasad said.
Referring to the 2002 Gujarat riots, Prasad charged Modi with believing in 'vinash (destruction)' than 'vikas (development)'.
Addressing the PCC's Chhotanagpur Division Convention here, attended by four ministers of the party, he alleged the BJP had no political agenda as it depended on "divisive" agenda.
"Narendra Modi boasts of development. But I would like to ask him where does Gujarat stand in education and health? Does the state have a good hospital in every district?
