The party said Congress was "bankrupt" of ideas and using media reports and allegations of other parties as a "springboard" to attack it.
At the party briefing, BJP secretary Sidharth Nath Singh, however, refrained from replying to the charges against party leaders, saying the state unit had replied in detail to them.
Congress had sought Raman Singh's resignation after an audio tape containing telephonic talks purportedly between his son-in-law, Congress leader Ajit Jogi and his son Amit surfaced, alleging their involvement in "fixing" the bypoll to an assembly seat last year.
RJD chief Lalu Prasad was the 'super chief minister' and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar his junior, he alleged, and asked Kumar to respect the mandate given by people to him.

Citing a number of cases of murder and extortion, he said it was Kumar who had received mandate but it was Prasad who had become the 'super chief minister'.
On the occasion, he also hit out at AAP, calling its almost daily press conferences as "damp squibs".
AAP today released two letters, purportedly written by Arun Jaitley as DDCA President in 2011 to then Delhi Police Commissioner B K Gupta and Special Commissioner Ranjit Narayan, and alleged that he had "pressurised" them to "close" an investigation involving a cricket club of a bank.
"It's a routine letter. They claim it was intimidation. Intimidation is what Kejriwal tried to do by targeting CBI over a raid at his principal secretary's office," he said.
Meanwhile, senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi welcomed appointment of Nityanand Rai as new party chief of BJP in Bihar in place of Mangal Pandey.
"One youth has taken place of another youth," Sushil Modi told reporters.
He said Nityanand Rai, four times MLA, presently is a committed RSS worker.
"Nityanand Rai worked hard to establish the party in Vaishali district," Modi said.
He praised outgoing party chief Mangal Pandey under whom the party won 22 Lok Sabha seats out of a total of 40 in Bihar in 2014.
"His (Mangal Pandey) tenure was initially for three years which was extended for one more year. It was good for the party," he said.
