BJP state organisational general secretary Chandra Shekhar today accused the Congress of creating a negative environment in the state.
Addressing a workshop here, Shekhar said, "The Congress and other opposition parties are trying to create a negative environment and BJP workers need to strengthen the party at the booth level."
