Congress members, led by the Leader of Opposition Satyadev Katare marched into the House wearing black aprons demanding a CBI inquiry into the MPPEB scam and relief for the rain or hailstorm-hit farmers written on them.
Congress members, including Katare, Sanjay Pathak and Mahendra Singh Kalukheda have also given a notice under Rule 139 for discussion on the issue of the affected farmers.
The discussion remained inconclusive today.
The state Finance Minister Jayant Mallaiya also presented the vote-on-account for 2013-14.
