Reacting to Delhi BJP President Vijay Goel's statement demanding a white paper on PDS, Congress Legislative Party Spokesperson and Parliamentary Secretary to Chief Minister Mukesh Sharma today said Goel was looking committed to wind-up Food Security Programme in Delhi.
"It looks that the BJP has also decided to dump all pro-poor programs of the Congress government in case Goel's party comes to power in Delhi," said Sharma.
"The party is in disarray and has been making unusual statements," said Sharma while concluding his 17 km long Vijay Vishwas Yatra.
Sharma said the Delhi government headed by Sheila Dikshit was the first to implement Food Security Programme and has ensured highly subsidised food grains to 32 lakh persons.

Further, it has made elaborate arrangements to issue new Food Security cards.
Goel, in fact, is interested in getting cancelled the new ration card issued to large number of persons, he alleged.
Sharma also blamed Goel for making political use of the MCD resources for his party.
"The outbreak of dengue, corruption, bad sanitation and crumbling down of the old buildings in the walled city are a few examples of the paralysed administration in the MCDs," said Sharma.
Goel had yesterday sought a white paper on the status of PDS in Delhi alleging a "massive scam" in Delhi government's public distribution system (PDS).
BJP's demand had come after the government suspended six Food and Civil Supplies officials for alleged irregularities in distribution of foodgrain under the PDS.
A TV channel had earlier aired a sting operation showing irregularities in the PDS. BJP had demanded Sheila Dikshit's resignation over the issue along with the sacking of Food and Civil Supplies Minister Harun Yusuf.
