"Still there are two days. Lot of time.....(for the decision decision to be taken) on the spot. It will be taken in accordance with what advice the lawyers will give," Leader of the Opposition in the Rajya Sabha Ghulam Nabi Azad told reporters.
He was asked whether the Gandhis, who have been summoned by a court in connection with the case, would seek bail as there was speculation that they would not do so to draw political mileage out of it.
The case has arisen out of a private criminal complaint filed by BJP leader Subramanian Swamy.
Azad, who is a senior Congress spokesman, said the party chief, vice president and the entire leadership of the party have full faith in judiciary and the law of the land.

"Whatever we shall have to do, whatever instruments we have to use, we will use" in the case, he said without elaboration.
In reply to another question, he said party MPs in both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha have been asked to be in Delhi till the winter session concludes on December 23.
