Hooda told the Assembly that the state government has decided to refer the issue of CD released by opposition to state Lokayukta to bring out the truth before people.
Whosoever was found guilty would not be spared, he said.
The main opposition INLD had released the CDs of Chief Parliamentary Secretary Ram Kishen Fouji, Vinod Bhyana, Ram Niwas Ghorela (Barwala), Jarnail Singh (Ratia), Naresh Selvel (Uklana), all Congress MLAs, a former youth Congress leader, Congress' Nalwa MLA Sampat Singh's son Gourav Sampat Singh and Jaleb Khan's son Sajid Khan for allegedly seeking bribe and had demanded that the members be suspended from the Assembly.
"The so-called CD is fake and bogus and is a cheap conspiracy to defame Dalit leaders. If this CD is real and authentic, then the person concerned should come forward and reveal his identity," he said.

Naresh Selvel, who is shown in the CD, dismissed the allegations and said he even does not anything about CLU.
Independent MLA from Sirsa Gopal Kanda, who was given bail in connection with the air hostess suicide case to attend the current session, also launched a scathing attack on the Chautalas, even though his name does not figure in the CD row.
Vinod Bhyana, MLA from Hansi, who also figures in the CD, termed it as a "political stunt".
"Now those who are in jail are pointing fingers at people committed to the state," Bhyana said, launching a veiled attack on the Chautala family.
Sampat Singh, who served as a minister in erstwhile INLD government, criticised the opposition party for allegedly indulging in dirty politics and trying to malign his and his son's reputation, who figures in the CD.
