The ruling TRS in Telangana Tuesday said the Congress needs to explain its alliance with TDP for the December 7 assembly elections as the TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu allegedly adopted an "anti-Telangana" stance.
TRS leader and irrigation minister in the caretaker government T Harish Rao released an open letter to state congress president N Uttam Kumar Reddy, wherein he asked Reddy to consider his "12 questions" and requested him to "include them in your Common Minimum Programme and remove the confusion among people."
