Cong nominee Ramasubbu has more movable properties

Congress candidate in Tirunelveli Lok Sabha constituency and businessman, S Ramasubbu, seeking a second succesive term, and his wife own movable properties, including several transport vehicles, totally valued at over Rs 2.5 crore, much more than their immovable assets.
In his affidavit, 64-year-old Ramasubbu has listed several lorries, autos, heavy equipments like backhoe-loader and a jeep totally valued at Rs 58.53 lakh while his wife Minnalkodi has immovable properties worth Rs 2.08 crore.
While Ramasubbu has 12 sovereign gold worth Rs 2.4 lakh, his wife has 70 soverign worth Rs 17 lakhs.
His wife has over 25 acres of inherited farm land worth Rs 35 lakhs while he has inherited farm land worth Rs 20 lakh.

He and his spouse also own non-agricultural land. His wife owns commercial and residential buildings.
The sitting MP and his spouse own Rs 21 lakh and Rs 1.36 crore worth of immovable property respectively. He has liabilities worth Rs 21.70 lakhs and his wife Rs 64.19 lakhs.
