"I find it hard to believe that it is the same party which had in the past expressed its concern and sympathy over the rape cases of the 23-year-old paramedical student and the 5-year-old girl. AAP earlier did not even wait for a day and protested outside hospitals.
"But now they are showing inaction. The Chief Minister of the same party today goes on to say that he will conduct a study on why such incidents are taking place," Delhi Pradesh Committee President Arvinder Singh Lovely told reporters here.
"There cannot be an excuse for the AAP to say that they'll look into the rape issue the next week. Why can't they take out time for an issue as serious as rape right now," said Lovely.
He also criticised Women and Child Development Minister Rakhi Birla.

Congress Legislative Party (CLP) leader in the Delhi assembly Haroon Yusuf targeted Kejriwal saying it is a matter of great shame that the incident took place in the constituency of the Chief Minister and another minister disclosed the name of the rape victim.
