Cong to field Surendra Kumar from Lovely's Gandhi Nagar seat

Congress has decided to field former councillor Surendra Kumar from the Gandhi Nagar Assembly seat, which was earlier represented by DPCC chief Arvinder Singh Lovely.
Lovely, who has won the constituency for the last four terms will not contest the upcoming Assembly elections in the national capital and instead look after its organisation of the polls, AICC announced yesterday.
Sources said that Kumar is a loyalist of Lovely.
