Mannan also questioned Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's silence on the issue of frequent fuel price hike by the Centre.
Reacting to Banerjee's call yesterday where she urged business leaders to "act" instead of merely speaking and praising the government, Mannan said, "Her statement itself states that nothing has happened in Bengal in the last five years. That is why she has called for action now.
