Congress changes candidate for Bhoranj Assembly bye-election

In a surprise move, the Congress today changed its candidate for the bye-election to the Bhoranj (SC) assembly seat declaring Promila as its nominee.
The Congress had declared Prem Kaushal as the party candidate last evening but the decision was changed today.
Supporters of Kaushal are surprised and upset by the change in decision.
Meanwhile the BJP candidate from the constituency Anil Dhiman filed his nominations. A BJP rebel Pawan Chandel also filed his nominations after having resigned from the party along with his supporters.
