While Abhay Kumar Singh was elected the Congress district Congress president in Begusarai, Jahangir Alam became Darbhanga unit president, Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee (BPCC) spokesman Prabhat Kuamr Singh said quoting the state unit chief Chaudhary Mehboob Ali Kaiser.
While Vimal Shukla was elected as Sitamarhi district Congress President, Parvez Ahmed became the Patna Nagar unit president, he said.
