The members alleged that law and order situation in the state was deteriorating since the BJP came to power in Rajasthan eight months ago.
During the Zero Hour as Congress Whip, Govind Singh Dotasara raised the alleged rising incidents of rape and crime against women, including one in Alwar, where a BJP minister's son was allegedly involved early this week, the Speaker Kailash Meghwal objected to it and ordered that nothing would be recorded and whatever he (whip) said, would be expunged.
Hence, no one would be allowed to speak anything on this issue, and any law and order issue could be raised during Home Department's grant, the Speaker said.
Parliamentary Minister R S Rathor also quoted a business rules rejecting Opposition Congress demand to speak on the matter which the Speaker accepted.
