Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, a California Republican who led the six-person delegation, said at a news conference today that there was "nothing specific" that could have helped prevent April's bombings, but that the US and Russia need to work more closely on joint security threats.
"Radical Islam is at our throat in the United States, and is at the throat of the Russian people," he said.
Rohrabacher described meetings with Russian parliament members and security officials over intelligence sharing as productive.
