Y Srinivas was knocked down by the tractor when he was riding his motorcycle. Srinivas attached to a police station in Rajahmundry sub-division was heading home, a police official said.
His body was shifted to a government hospital and will be sent for post mortem, the officer said, adding a case was registered.
