Constable kills wife, infant children

A police constable hacked to death his wife, suspecting she was having an affair, and their two infant children at Ichagutu village in West Singhbhum district, the police said.
The constable, Virendra Surin, killed Mukta Surin, a ward member of Kadamdiha panchayat and his son and daughter aged 2 and four years respectively last night suspecting his wife's fidelity, the sources said.
The case is being investigated, Sub-divisional Police Officer (Chakradharpur), Surendra Kumar Jha, said.
