Hemant Patil, the complainant, alleges Khan committed contempt of the court by posting the information.
Khan had approached the High Court against the magistrate's summons on Patil's complaint.
Salman is facing trial in the 2002 hit-and-run case in which he is charged with killing a person and injuring four others by ramming his car into a roadside bakery.
His lawyer also pleaded that as the main case (hit and run) was now before the sessions court, the magistrate's court could not hear a related complaint of contempt.
