The East Delhi Municipal Corporation has taken an initiative to establish a separate control room at Udhyog Sadan Building at Patparganj Industrial Area.
Citizens can lodge any complaint pertaining to water logging, fallen trees, manhole covers, sanitation, repair of potholes, dangerous buildings, removal of dead animals or any other complaint relating to civic services at the control room.
Besides, the central control room, separate control rooms have been set up for each zone in three corporations.
All the control rooms are equipped with the requisite Man and material resources.
The central control room numbers are 1266, 23212700, 23220010, 23220016 and 23220037.
