Punjab State Power Corporation Limited has set up control rooms across the state to address complaints related to power failure in the wake of upcoming paddy sowing season starting next month.
A spokesman today said control rooms have been set up at zone and circle level and phone numbers have also been provided to the duty officers so that any complaint regarding power supply failure could be attended.
Spokesperson further said that damaged transformers would be replaced within 48 hours and the time table of power supply will be available in the control room so that farmers could get this information easily.
