Maharashtra Education Minister Vinod Tawde today said that a special initiative will be taken up to bring about better coordination between the Centre, State government and the grassroot party worker.
Tawde who was addressing BJP workers here on the last day of BJP's state executive meet exuded confidence that the party would be able to take all the decisions of the government to 12 crore people of Maharashtra.
"It has been observed that majority of issues brought by the party workers to the ministers involve health, civil supplies, home and school education ministries," Tawde said.
He announced that the ministers concerned would soon appoint a committee to expedite action over issues raised by party workers.
A BJP minister from the state government would henceforth spend a day at the state party headquarter every week to expedite the decisions on issues coming from the common man, the minister said.
This would gear up the party machinery also, Tawde said adding that the schedule of ministers will be announced soon.
He also appealed the party workers to play an important role in disseminating information about the number of decisions that the state government has made in past six months.
The BJP leader also said that the party workers should understand the nitty gritties of decision making on the government level, which would enhance the government-party organisation coordination.
