Copper declines on global cues

Amid weak global cues and subdued domestic demand, copper traded lower by Rs 2 per kg at the non-ferrous metal market today.
Traders said sentiments in copper turned bearish after it dropped to a six-year low in global markets.
Meanwhile, copper dropped 0.5 per cent to USD 5,145 a metric tonne on the London Metal Exchange.
In the national capital, copper mixed scrap shed Rs 2 at Rs 380 per kg.
Following are today's metal rates (in Rs per kg):
Zinc ingot Rs 104-110, Nickel plate (4x4) Rs 938-943, Gun metal scrap Rs 227, Bell metal scrap Rs 229, Copper mixed scrap Rs 380, Chadri deshi Rs 285.
Lead ingot Rs 100, Lead imported Rs 101, Aluminium ingots Rs 156, Aluminium sheet cutting Rs 157, Aluminium wire scrap Rs 159 and Aluminium utensils scrap Rs 156.
