Copper edges up on mild demand

Copper prices inched up by Rs 2 per kg at the non-ferrous metal market today due to scattered demand from consuming industries.

Traders attributed the rise in copper prices to some demand from consuming industries at domestic spot market.

In the national capital, copper mixed scrap traded higher by Rs 2 to Rs 427 per kg.
