Copper futures fell 0.35% to Rs 432.45 per kg today as speculators trimmed positions amid a weak trend in global markets.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper for delivery in November declined by Rs 1.50, or 0.35%, to Rs 432.45 per kg in a business turnover of eight lots.
The metal for delivery in August fell by Rs 1.25, or 0.29%, to Rs 423.80 per kg in a business volume of 161 lots.
Globally, copper for delivery in three-months traded 0.2% lower at $6,995 per tonne at the LME.
