Copper futures on Tuesday traded 0.28 per cent lower at Rs 426.80 per kg in futures trade as speculators reduced their exposure on weak spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for November delivery fell by Rs 1.20, or 0.28 per cent, to Rs 426.80 per kg in a business turnover of 107 lots.
Similarly, copper contracts for December delivery traded lower by Rs 1.80, or 0.41 per cent, at Rs 432.25 per kg in a business turnover of 2,213 lots.
