In futures trading at Multi Commodity Exchange, copper for delivery in June fell 30 paise, or 0.08 per cent at Rs 385.70 per kg, in a business turnover of four lots.
Similarly, the metal for delivery in April was trading down 15 paise, or 0.04 per cent, at Rs 381.55 per kg in 595 lots.
Analysts attributed the fall in copper futures to profit-booking by speculators who trimmed positions at existing levels and subdued demand from consuming industries at the spot markets.
