In futures trading at Multi Commodity Exchange, copper for delivery in April fell Rs 1.90, or 0.49 per cent, at Rs 383.25 per kg in a business turnover of 803 lots.
Similarly, the metal for delivery in far-month June was down Rs 1.80, or 0.46 per cent, at Rs 386.90 per kg in 12 lots.
Analysts attributed the fall in copper futures to profit-booking by speculators who scaled down their positions at the existing levels.
